After buying and downloading Captivate 2019 64-bit for Windows, the installer freezes after 60% during the installation. Running on a new core i5 8gb laptop, right-clicked as admin.
It’s my first Adobe product. Hotline is closed for the week-end in France.

Quelqu’un du team va vous aider pour l’installation. Le but de ma réponse est simplement de vous accueillir dans la communauté d’eLearning. Je pourrais vous aider dans la langue de Voltaire!Est-ce que vous avez tous les droits d’administrateur nécessaires? ‘Run as administrator’ du menu contextuel ne suffit peut-être pas?
