Our corporation is having problem updating the version for everyone from
10.0.1.283 to 10.0.1.285. When we click on update. It says no update available. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Are you on Mac? I seem to remember that you have to roll back to the original version before you’ll be able to install the update to 10.0.1.285. There is somewhere an article about that issue, cannot find it immediately.
