Pretty undetailed question. The hotspots cannot launch an advanced action, you are limited to the actions in the dropdown list, advanced/shared actions are excluded. The overlay quiz slides have actions for both Success and Last Attempt dimmed, so advanced/shared actions are excluded as well. The interactive video slide it self has no Actions tab in its Properties.

Situation is different for a 360 slide in a normal cptx project.
