After publishing HTML captivate the background section of an overlay section grays out.  I checked the Background Opacity and it is set at 0.  It appears to work well when it is at my own computer but changes after I have loaded it to the web.  Please advise.

Can you please provide more details. From the question I suspect you are talking either about a VR project which has overlay quiz slides or about an Interactive video, which has overlay KC slides or overlay content slides. Which ones are you talking about, please? If you are not in CP2019, which version are you using and what do you mean by ‘overlay section’?
