Do you mea the skin bu ‘course shell’?
You can find all settings for both the Skin under Project, Skin Editor. The TOC can be reached either from that dialog box or directly from Project, Tabel of Contents.
Colors and setup of both depend on the used Theme, it is one of the components.
For the TOC: create it only after finishing the project. Label all your slides with a clear short name, which will be included in the TOC. If you have a course with many slides, I recommend to group slides in logical groups with meaningful names. The group names will appear in the TOC on the top level, the slide names on the second level. That is the easiest way to create a TOC.
