I have downloaded the “Captivate_2019_v64_Neo_Content_LS21.exe” but the additional Voices are not appearing. What is wrong?

What is the link with advanced actions, one of the tags?
Did you install the NeoSpeech agents that are packaged with Captivate? If you open the TTS dialog box, you’ll see a button which allows you to download them.
It helps if you mention the exact number of the version you are using.
