Captivate 19 screencasts have no audio when playing on iPad/iPhone. Why? Codec?

Do you see the Play button to start the course? Are you talking about output to mp4 or interactive output to HTML5?

Can you check the exact version number. For CP2019 it should be 11.0.1.266. There is no version 19 at all… we are at version 11.
