Hi – I did the very first captivate tutorial, and created all the objects fine. But when I clicked on review, preview HTML 5 and browser, nothing happened.

Also, when I clicked on publish, publish to computer, nothing happened. Sorry for such a beginner question – do I have to go somewhere in my computer and open the HTML 5 file separately?

Kelly, if the project is not displaying properly with F11, Preview HTML5 in Browser, there is indeed a problem. AutoPlay is disabled for HTML5 output, do you not see a Play button neither to start the course? Which browser did you use? Can you set another browser as default browser?

Did you check the HTML5 Tracker under Project?

Can you check the path for Published projects under Preferences? Is that path pointing to a folder on your system, not on a networked drive (as could be the case in a company network)?

Are you on Mac or Windows? Is the version 11.0.1.266?
