Video dose not play in iPad/iPhone. I had faced these issues for Captivate 2017.

Can you please check the full version number of CP2017? It should be 10.0.1.299.

Autoplay is disabled if you publish to HTML5, which will be the case since you talk about iPad. Did you cope with that?
