I have two buttons on Slide 1. Button 1 jumps to Slide 2 (survey slide) and button 2 jumps to Slide 3 (text slide). Button 1 works just fine, but button 2 doesn’t jump to the text slide. I’ve tried deleting and re-creating the button, clearing cache, creating a new button on a new slide, saving and closing the program…I’ve tried everything. A part of me feels like it’s related to Slide 2 being a survey slide. Its as though button 2 doesn’t like that I’m skipping the survey slide. Is there a setting/functionality with survey slides that I’m not aware of? Whenever you click button 2, it does nothing. Then I click it again and it jumps to Slide 2 (survey slide). It’s as though it doesn’t want me to skip the survey slide and takes me there anyway even though I say to jump to Slide 3. FYI…using 2019 version

Maybe due to your Quiz Preferences, Settings. What is the choice made in the field ‘Required’?

Was it set to a very strict option like ‘Required’? I ask for this confirmation for the sake of other users reading this thread.
I’m having a similar issue, what was the fix? I went to “Quiz preferences, but I don’t see “Required” anywhere.
Second field under the Settings part of Quiz Preferences.
