internal server post quiz results illegible

I have a quiz posting results to an internal server.  5 questions and results screen.  Upon successful completion, a “Post Results” window appears asking for name and email to report results, however this is light gray on white and nearly impossible to read.  How is this popup window changed?

Were you able to edit the Dialog box style?

I suspect it is using the style of the Run Dialog. Go into the Object Style Manager (SHIFT-F7) and check that style. You can edit it there as well.
