I create my captivate 2019 courses on a PC windows 10 but they are proofed on a mac. I started have problems last week with the captivate file not opening after it is saved on a Mac. Any Help would be great.

First of all you need to be totally sure that you are using exactly the same version. By version I mean the full version number as you can find under Help, About Captivate. I have been collaborating with developers on Mac systems, while I am a Win user.
