I lose a .cpt file, i Have only the publication (.zip)
Is it possible to retrieve .cpt file into the .zip?

Not possible, I am sorry. You cannot retrieve the raw cptx file from a published output, whether it is SWF (should not be used anymore, Flash Player is almost dead) or HTML5 output. You can retrieve some assets from the published HTML5 folder (audio, video) eventually.
