Hi have just downloaded Adobe Captivate and upon starting the application am given this error number –

0xc000007b

The program will not open at all and I’m on a brand new computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you install the application? Because only downloading will not install it, you’ll need to run the exe file.

Are  you on Windows or Mac. I can only try to help Win users. I think you use Win10, because that typical error has a lot of fixes everywhere. Here is one link:
