I have an outdated version of Captivate (6). I loaded the free 30-day trial of Captivate 2019 today. I am trying to open a Captivate video from the Epic company, and it shows that it has loaded 30% and then the free trial pop-up comes up asking me if I would like to continue my free trial, which of course, I do, but when I select to continue the trial, it shuts down Captivate altogether. What am I doing wrong? I am not sure the tags I picked are even correct, but it wouldn’t let me submit without tags.

Can you explain what you mean by “a Captivate video from the Epic company, “? You will not be able to open a file created with version 6 in version 11.5 if that is what you mean?
