Captivate 2019 Closed Caption Text problem in eLearning

I am developing in Captivate that was upgrade from 2017, when I change closed caption text to match narration it looks fine in Captivate. The issue is when it is uploaded into LMS eLearning, the closed caption text doesn’t show all of the text it adds <>.

Can you check if you have the same problem in SCORM Cloud first? You have to be sure the problem is due to Captivate or to the LMS.
