Whenever i capture a screen for video of software i get a black box on the recording, it is not visible until the recording is complete where is it coming from and how do i stop it appearing.
Please in desperation.

Weird. Are you on Windows? If yes, do you run Captivate with the option ‘Run as Administrator’? That is especially important for any screen recording. Can you also check if your graphics card driver is up to date?
