I’m running OSX 10.15.4
Macbook Pro 15-inch 2018 – 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7.
Crashes when I try to open the application. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have restarted my machine.
Error message:
ERROR
An error has occurred during activation. For more information, contact Captivate support.
Any tips?

I have the same problem, I resolve istalling the software on macOs Hight sierra
