Hi Abrar, Can you email me the mail ID, on which you have activated the Captivate Prime account?
drop a mail to – nedas@adobe.com However, incentives are reward at the beginning of each quarter. The next begins on September first. Also, you will be asked if you have completed the free trial. Go ahead and try Prime with the free trial (you will need to sign-up)
