Summary

Can’t insert youtube video to captivate

Hi – I used to be able to go to Interactive Video%, then Insert Youtube. However, now I cannot. It says 50% processing, then hangs there for several minutes until I close it, then says, “internal error.”

This is a known issue with inserting vimeo videos, according tothe support ticket I created 2 weeks ago, but now it appears to be happening also with youtube video.

I’ve seen others post this same issue, were you not able to find a resolution?

I am having the same issue when trying to insert a vimeo video. Is it a player issue? Do you have a resolution?

Hi Kelly, can you check the latest available version for your captivate and verify if you have installed it. Sounds weird but when I faced a similar issue, adobe support did this troubleshooting and all was well.
