Publishing HTML5 to SharePoint (from a Microsoft Teams Site) not working

I found this post about how to publish to SharePoint and have tried this but the file is not doing anything when I click it.

Any ideas? Is the SharePoint site built into teams different than regular SharePoint? I am not seeing the Explorer bar in this SharePoint.
