Hi,

I am assuming you are on Win OS.

Please download Assetpanel.txt file and save it on your machine locally and re-name it as Assetpanel.js and follow the below steps and see if that makes any difference-

  1. Copy AssetPanel.js file from the attached to Crogram FilesAdobeAdobe Captivate 2019 x64/ui_components/AssetsPanel folder.
    Try opening captivate and check whether asset panel is loading fine.
