I have created a captivate project and everything works while previewing in HTML; and when published, uploaded to AWS and “played.” However, when I published it to Prime, the only interactivity that works is the continue button; none of the advanced actions, on enter for slides, nothing works.
Is a Captivate project uploaded to Prime not HTML? Seriously disappointed.

Were you able to get this resolved with Greg’s advice?
I have created tons of Captivate projects and have them delivered through Prime – have not had problems like that.
When you publish your project – do you have reporting enabled?
Are you uploading a zip file to Prime and setting it up through the content library as an Author?…
or are you uploading directly to Prime from within Captivate?
