Hi,
I’m very new to Captivate! I’m using 2019. I have a glossary widget in my presentation that has two audio tracks imported. These tracks play fine when I play it in the editing mode. However, when I preview this it does not. The first time I used a widget I didn’t have this problem. Any suggestions? P & TY!

Can you share some details wrt your browser / OS? I haven’t seen this one specifically yet – have you double checked that your system is not muting the browser?
