Not sure if you got the error 103, but a staff member just posted this article. It may help:
Are you trying Captivate ? I have faced a similar problem but it is not installing and opening after downloading.
Please can you explain better? Are you talking about downloading Captivate trial version, which would be version 11.5 (under the global label of CP2019)? Or are you talking about Captivate Prime?
What did you try so far? If it is Captivate you are talking about, did you start from this link:
