Captivate Assets Help

I am having trouble with Captivate’s assets.  I downloaded the information and when I open the assets in Captivate, they come up.  However, when I try to choose one, I can click on it but nothing happens.  If I try to download anything from the “Downloads” tab, I get a “fatal error” message and have to restart.  Is there something I am doing wrong?
