Do you talk about Character Animator from Adobe? It will be just a video in that case, and there is no easy way to have it synchronized. You can also use Animate, and create an OAM. Synchronizing will also be a pain. When using an OAM, could point you to an external HTML widget, CpMate (InfoSemantics) which makes the collaboration with Captivate lot easier. Alternative is using JavaScript for that collaboration.
