Hi, when I open captivate the opening panel is never in the centre and when I upload and image or try and add text they just shoot off the end and the panel moves off screen. Any ideas
I’m using a Mac and have cleared preferences but the issue still persists

I have seen this happen from time to time. Are you using multiple monitors? Have you tried unplugging your external monitors after launching the program and see what happens? Also, try rebooting the machine with only your main monitor attached. Sometimes those things help get the screens back into the right frame as the displays reconfigure.
Since I am a Windows user it is difficult to answer your question. However for the sake of Mac users who may be trying to help, could you please share the exact version you are using? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
