Captivate: When I try and edit a PPT Slide in Captivate, I get a gray screen
Yesterday, when I tried to edit a PowerPoint slide in Captivate, instead of toggling to slide in PowerPoint, I got a gray screen with no slide. I’m using updated Captivate and PowerPoint. I was able to edit the slides for as long as I’ve had my Captivate (9 months) and yesterday I was not able to.
I’m using a Win 10 machine.
As luck would have it, I have a job interview and I need to update my Captivate e-portfolio. Any possible solutions would be much appreciated.

I know this is a little late but I’m just curious what you ended up doing here.
I am having the same issues as well and using 11.8.3.8 Classic.
