1. In the user CSV file, add the required active fields as below. With the new release, we can add multiple values for the same active field – The multi-value Active fields. The values need to be separated by a comma.

2. After the CSV file is processed successfully, under users>>Active fields>>We can see the active fields added as below :

3. As you can see above, the check box option is no longer available. Also, those active fields are not visible under the user profile as well :

4. Now, we to enable those active fields. Navigate to users>>active fields>>settings as below :

We need to check on groupable/reportable/learner configurable. Once you enable it from settings, we can see the active fields for the user profile :

5. Based on the above active fields, we can see that user groups are created as below :

6. Now, to disable the active fields, navigate to users>>active fields>>settings>>uncheck groupable/reportable :

We can see that active fields disappear in the user profile :
