Yes you can add a password to restrict accessing a published Captivate course. Since I don’t know which version of Captivate you are using (version number under About Captivate in Help or Captivate menu) I provide you with the easy solution available in all versions before version 12. Go into Preferences, Project, Start and End. You’ll find the option to create a password protected course.
