  • In accordance with the implementation logic date provided when creating the Learner Transcript report, it means if there have been any actions taken on Learning Objects in this period. Therefore, they are not only related to enrollment dates, start dates, and others.

When we apply a filter, the data is filtered using those time ranges in our entire database.
It applies not only to the “enrollment” or “completion” date but also to other data columns in our database that are not visible on the Dashboard.

This is why we see some data that may not display according to the filter you are applying on the UI.

The user’s past course completion records will also be present in LT, if they are enrolled in Learning Path/Certificate and that LP has courses, even though they have completed courses in the past.

Here is an example of the LT report for user A, which has been pulled out from March 2023 to May 2023.

    Example 1:

    1. The user was enrolled in Course A in March 2023, which falls under the selected date range.
    2. This course A is part of Learning Program 1, which has three courses in it. (Course A, Course B, and Course C)
    3. The User has enrolled in all three courses – Course A (enrollment on March 2023), Course B (enrollment on December 2022), and Course C (enrollment on September 2022).
    4. This LP has the other two courses, Course B and Course C. Hence, these two courses are part of the LT report out of the selected date range.

    Example 2:

    1. The user was enrolled in Course X in March 2023, which falls under the selected date range.
    2. This Course X is part of Certification 1, which has two courses in it. (Course X and Course Y).
    3. The User has enrolled in both the courses – Course X (enrollment on March 2023), Course Y (enrollment on February 2023),
    4. The Certification has the other course (Course Y as part of it).
    5. Hence, Course Y is part of the LT report out of the selected date range.

Note: The user’s past course completion records will also be present in the LT report if they are enrolled in the Learning Program/Certification, even though they have completed courses in the past, as this is a designed behavior.
