A team member of mine had been working on a project for a while, but now when she tries to open it, she just gets this spinning animation, and it never opens. Does anyone know a solution to this?

I suspect from the screenshot that this develper is using the New Captivate version 12. It would be usefl to check the full version number under Help, About Captivate.
Is this project in the default path on the system, or is it on a shared, networked drive? You need to have the project on the system, never use a shared drive directly.
