Hi everyone! Please confirm if the Adobe Captivate 2019 has been upgraded to the new Captivate. I am unsure as I have a licensed version of Adobe Captivate 2019. How can I get the upgraded version? Please help.

Hi! The new Adobe Captivate isn’t an upgrade to the 2019 version. It is an entirely new tool.
As you already have Adobe 2019 licensed version, you can access the new Adobe Captivate under the same subscription plan. Just download the new Adobe Captivate from the link given below.

Sign in with the ‘Personal Account’ of your Adobe ID if you get “Account Type not supported” error.
Is it a subscription or a perpetual license? The last version with a perpetural license was 11.5.
