How did you create the audio clips: any difference between the creation workflow?
I suspect you are talking about Adobe Captivate. However I really need to know which exact version you are using because the workflows for versions before 12 may not be possible in version 12 due to its lack of libraries. I would find the culprit and fix it in Adobe Audition or Audacity (free) if you do not have access to the CC applications.
