I just downloaded Captivate on a Mac. If I try to insert an image block, I get the error message “Something went wrong with content block insertion”. The other content blocks work fine.

Yes, I and some of my coworkers are having the same issue, but on a PC. We haven’t been able to resolve it yet.
I am using a PC and I along with some of my coworkers have the same issue.
For anyone else who runs into the same issue- I spent an hour with Support and it turns out Captivate (and Classic) will not work properly if you are using iCloud to sync your Documents folder. You have to turn off sync for it to work. This is unacceptable.
