I’ve installed the new captivate, but have not yet been able to save a file. I just get the circle that stays there, and i cannot click anything else and have to quit the programme completely.
Does anyone have any advice please?

I am currently experiencing this same issue. I was able to successfully save about 2 weeks ago, but now I just get a spinning wheel when I try to save or save as on a project. As far as I know, I haven’t made any significant changes to my device/Captivate settings.
- I’m working on a Mac and already verified my default location for my project cache and publish at locations haven’t changed.
- I also disabled iCloud
- I verified I’m on the latest version of Captivate: 12.6
- Tried restarting my device as well

Did you install Captivate on your system, not on a networked drive?
Did you change the paths in the Preferences? If you are on Windows, make sure not to have those paths synchronized with Onedrive.
Be sure to install the most recent version, which is 12.3.
