At this moment there is no quiz slide template for FIB questions. It always caused problems in the past as I remember from decades of testing, and the team probably avoided that type for that reason.
You will need to create a custom FIB slide using the provided blocks. It will not be easy due to the fact you are limited to canned blocks and interactions, especially if you want more than one blank in the slide.
