My image does not show for the duration of the audio. It goes away 1 second after the audio starts. Not sure how to make the image constant throughout the audio.

Hi Sean,

Please try below steps:

1) Make sure that your Captivate is updated to latest version i.e 12.5. Go to help menu > Click on About Adobe Captivate. If not Click on Check for updates under help menu and update the software.

2) If its still not working then try below steps:

For WIN: Close CP > Go to: C:\Users\[username]folder\AppData\Local\Adobe
NOTE: If you do not see AppData folder then click on “View” menu > Check “Hidden items”

Inside Adobe there will be a folder Adobe Captivate 12.0. Rename it to Adobe Captivate 12.0.old > Now launch CP 12.5 and check

For MAC: Close Captivate > Go to Applications folder > Utils folder > Double click “Clean Preference Mac.bat” file. Now Launch Cp 12.5 and check.
