If we already hold course content in Moodle form,
We need to know what format the Moodle course file should be in for Adobe to read and display. whether the file is a .mbz or an ims CC file.
or does it convert automatic ??

No, Adobe Captivate does not automatically convert Moodle courses. You need to manually extract and reformat the content for Captivate.
