Need to fix drag and drop issue
I created a project with a drag-and-drop. When I go to the slide after it is published I can see the slide fine. However, as soon as go to drag and drop an item the screen goes black and get message – “something went wrong.” Any ideas? Running Captivate 12.5.0.35.

Paul, I did that a week ago and have been met with complete silence.
What I have been able to discover is that I am able to get the Drag and Drop Widget to preview, but only if I start over with a blank slide, do not do anything to hide the solid fill background of the draggable objects, and NEVER look at or attempt to do anything with the States of those draggable objects. This invariably results in the preview going completely white with the tiny message of “Something went wrong” at the top.
Since captivatehelp has produced no answers, is there anywhere else that I can go to for help? Based on messages in the Community forums, this bug with the states of components in some of the widgets has been going on for more than a year.
