How to enable the retaking of quiz in All-new version.
I have set up a quiz in Captivate All-new. I would like to give the participant the option to retake the quiz if failed. Currently when going back it still showing the previous selection and doesn’t clear them, unless you clear while you are answering a specific question on a slide, but not after you have got the result. Any suggestion will be appreciated. The screenshot is not clear, but it shows that when revisiting the question the choices are dimmed and doesn’t allow for a new answer.

Students must use the Retake Quiz functionality in order to reset the quiz. Go to your Quiz Results slide and click on the Interaction icon in the right-hand toolbar. Enter in the number of attempts you wish to allow or select Allow unlimited attempts. Once you do that you will be able to select Show retake button. The retake quiz button will be added to your results slide and learners will be able to press that and immediately jump to the first slide with a quiz question. The question will have reset and they will be able to make another attempt. Keep in mind if you allow learners to review the quiz and they reveal the correct answers they will be prevented from making another attempt on the quiz. I usually disable the review quiz functionality for this reason.
