The fill and stroke boxes are not showing up in the Style area of my Properties
I cannot change the color of the smart shapes in Adobe Captivate Classic. the Style section only shows the stroke styles, no color for fill or stroke, or anything else for that matter. Does anyone else have this problem and what can I do to fix it?

Thank you for your question. It seems the smart shape is not selected, please select the smart shape and see if the Fill option is available under style tab. If you still encounter the issue, I would recommend resetting the preferences of Adobe Captivate. To reser the preference, check the steps mentioned here (https://youtu.be/OJkJkcI09HU ), restart the captivate and check the issue again.
